What is the HugzCare AutoDelivery Plan?
A recurring, subscription-based delivery of your favourite TrueHugz products, every month or every 3 months. Set up once and delivered automatically so you never run low.
As a HugzCare AutoDelivery Plan member, you’ll enjoy:

How much can I save?
20% off the regular price on every AutoDelivery delivery.
Can I use other vouchers or discounts on AutoDelivery orders?
Store-wide promotions are for one-time purchases, so they don’t apply to AutoDelivery, which always gets 20% off the regular price. A discount code can still be used on your AutoDelivery sign-up order, worked out on the regular price. You also earn Hugz+ points on every delivery, based on the amount you pay after discounts.
Is there a minimum order?
There’s no minimum order. Deliveries above net $50 ship free. Below that, the standard delivery fee of $3.99 applies.
How do I add or adjust my order for the following month?
Log in and go to My Account → HugzCare AutoDelivery, then open your plan. There you can see your next delivery date, use Upgrade or Downgrade to change the size, packaging (bag or carton) or how often it arrives (every month or every 3 months), Pause or Resume your deliveries, or use Renew now if you need your next delivery sooner. To add another product to your plan, contact us before your next delivery date and we’ll update it for you.
What payment methods can I use?
AutoDelivery is paid by credit or debit card through HitPay. Your card is saved securely with HitPay when you sign up, and each delivery is charged to it automatically. Cash on delivery isn’t available for AutoDelivery. To use a different card, go to My Account → HugzCare AutoDelivery, open your plan and click Change card. You enter the new card on HitPay’s secure page; nothing is charged then, and your next deliveries are charged to the new card.
Can I cancel the Plan?
Yes, cancel anytime in My Account → HugzCare AutoDelivery: open your plan and click Cancel before your next delivery date. Once cancelled, your card is no longer charged. No fees, no lock-in, no hidden commitments.
